The four defendants, Ejiogu A. Chinedu, Nnamdi F. Okereke, Oty Ugochukwu Stanley and Chukwuebuka F. Ogumba, were charged with violating the Banking and Other Financial Institutions Groups Act and the Foreign Exchange Act.
